Analysis and Documentation of Tropenbos International’s MoMo4C Approach to Business Development
Over the past five years, Tropenbos International (TBI) has implemented a program aimed at strengthening the business and finance capacities of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and producer organizations in Ghana and Indonesia. Known as the MoMo4C approach, this initiative focuses on supporting sustainable business development and finance solutions in tropical landscapes.
This process has been a journey of trial and error, culminating in a practical and effective framework for fostering sustainable business initiatives. However, this approach has yet to be systematically analyzed and documented. The results of this analysis will support TBI’s future program development and proposal writing.
This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to the documentation and critical evaluation of TBI’s MoMo4C business development approach. It also offers experience in supporting the Business and Finance team, a central pillar of Tropenbos International’s global strategy.
